Outside Sales Representatives Are Responsible For:

Build your book of business within an assigned territory conducting outside sales presentations and helping customers find the best solutions for them
Represent trusted roofing products and services to residential and commercial clients
Guide customers through the sales process with a consultative, solution-first approach
Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals with confidence
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff and happy clients
Celebrate wins with a motivated, collaborative team that loves competition—and each other

What we look for in an Outside Sales Representative is simple:

Reliable transportation to the office and to meet with customers
Prior sales experience is great, but not required—we’ll train the right person
Backgrounds in retail, customer service, military, athletics, or teaching often do well here
Grit, resilience, and a drive to win—every single day
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with all types of people
Willingness to learn and follow a proven, structured sales process
Discipline to manage your own schedule and work independently
