What You'll Do:
• Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and text to schedule roofing consultations
• Qualify leads along side other Call Center Sales Representatives by gathering relevant information to ensure they're a good fit for our services
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for our sales team, optimizing their calendars for efficiency
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide helpful information about our process
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions using our CRM system
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and positivity
